Having Issues Signing Into My CIC (GC Key) Today (14-Oct-2016) Only

I have not been able to sign into My CIC (GC Key) Account.

As usual, I tried this morning and it did not work. This was after 8:00 a.m. so this was not because the website maintenance they were doing.

I just tried again twice and it is still not allowing me to get in. It allows me to enter user name and password but then the following comes up:

Internal server error
Error 500

Page unavailable.

Option 1: See Option 3; add in a case of either database went away due to excessive load, web server root process disappeared due to same, or, PC government fail...

I have the same issue. Tried it 100 times. Also tried making new GCKeys. Made 3 of them; 2 do not work.

I really need this back on track. Because I received 3 emails saying that I have new messages in my account. Pretty disappointed now.

Are you still getting the same Error 500?> Same as me.. I cannot log in to my CIC account....

I'm also getting this error. Interestingly that my husband can Sing In with his GCKey (just now) and I cannot to do it with mine.
