I have a BE degree in Electronics and Communication and I am working as an Software Test Engineer/QA Analyst in my current organization.Am I eligible to apply for Canada PR. As per few immigration consultants only BE with CS/IT branch can apply for software test engineer in canada. Please suggest.

There are NO such rules. The consultants tend to turn what is 'recommended or nice to have' into a downright 'must have'. Ignore them.
