Haven't received permanent residence portal email

Hi,

I have received my COPR by email on 14th April but haven't received the permanent residence portal email requesting DOB, Email address & Date of entry.

Is this normal or should I raise a request via webform? Any input is much appreciated.

Are you inland? If not then you will get it once you are in Canada.

One more thing - I have received the COPR over mail and not via the IRCC portal. Is that normal?

I am sure its not a big deal but I could be wrong. My process went like- firstly the golden email, replied to the email, portal cerdentials, then CoPR ready to download email. Maybe for the outland it will be different. As I had heard once the system picks up the present residential adress to be in Canada then only portal details are sent otherwise it is instructed to let your presence known once in Canada. Did you got instructions like that?
