In my country, regular mail is reliable and they dont let me to check where my original parcel is! I think they just dump it in the trash due to the corruption!
So I have to send a request mail asking BIQ to send me a duplicate csq to an updated address.
My question is usually how long takes BIQ to send duplicate csq parcel out after they received it?
I searched on internet and someone said a week from his experience. And also 1-2 weeks are normal from another's
opinion.
