I'm filling one of the forms to apply for a study permit and I'm stuck in this question:

"Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?"

I don't know what to answer, I visited Canada for a month as a tourist. I'm from a visa exempt country, I had to apply for an eTA though (which got approved in a few minutes). What should I answer, yes or no?

Thanks

Hello,

In that case you should say yes, and then explain that was a visitor visa.

Espero que te sirva ;)

Hello, I don't know if anyone here could help me with this... I'm applying for an open work permit, and in order to come to Canada (even as a tourist) I had to apply for a Visitor Visa. Should I answer "yes" to the following question:
  1. applied previously to enter or remain in Canada.
Thank you!
