Hi,
This forum always helps me, whenever I am confused with application questions, I hope it won't be different at this time too.
So, I am filling the application and in IMM008 there is a question 2 "have you ever used any other name".
The thing is that I just changed my last name, and added my husband's surname. So now I am "MyName MyLastName-MyHusband's Surname". So, should I answer yes to the question and write down my "old' name (which is same) and old last name?
Thank you in advance

Yes, that's a straightforward way to proceed.

Great, thank you I will add like this.

It's probably obvious (married name vs maiden name) but it certainly won't hurt to include.
Sure, that's what I thought thanks
As an added note for anyone who’s done the opposite:
I never legally changed my last name to husband’s surname so in the ‘other name’ section I put my husband’s surname there and the rest of the application and all of my documents use my legal maidan name.
