I applied for a Study permit to UK 11 years ago, it got refused but after i reapplied i got the visa and returned to my home country upon my visa expiration.
Do i have to answer this question as "have you ever been refused a visa or permit canada? YES ?
However since its 11 years ago i do not have my refusal letters(but do have copies of my Visa) . Is it mandatory to add the refusal letters ?or should i just write a brief discription regards to the readon of the refusal?

Yes, you should enter details like " Applied for UK Visa in ""Year"" and rejected. Reapplied and the visa was approved "in column (brief discription). There is no need to upload a rejection letter.

Thank you so much fpr ypur kind reply. One more question, I am worried will this situation impact my visa approval? I have got the visa upon reapplication and have returned back to my home country upon my visa end(no overstay nothing) so it shouldn't be an issue right? .
