I am travelling to the US and Canada in November 2017 for a holiday - So I require an ESTA.
I was born in Montreal Canada on 12.01.58 to British parents - as far as I know I never had a passport in Canada as I think I was on my parents passports.(they have both passed away so I can't ask them)
I travelled a few times between Canada and UK with my parents as a small child and then we all returned to the UK in 1961/62 and I have lived here ever since.
I currently have a British passport - how do I answer the question below
"Have you ever been a citizen or national of any other country"
Look forward to hearing from you - thank you for your help

1. As you were born in Canada, you are a Canadian citizen as well as a UK citizen
2. As you are a Canadian citizen, you can't apply for an ETA, you must apply for a Canadian passport to enter Canada.
