Have you applied for PR before - question in the post ITA application

Hi,
I have another question. In the post ITA application, it states if 'Have you have applied for a PR before'? I have created EE profile before but never got ITA. This is my second EE profile with which I got the ITA. So should I mention Yes to this question or 'No'?
