What is your CRS scores?
When were you invited?
What was the cut-off when you were invited?
How many CRS scores will you loose if you should have answered no for BSc degree? Let me know and I will be able to answer you..

I have every document to prove my 452 points.
cut of was 447
I answered wrong and show them my bachelor a Canadian degree : actual was indian
I show my diploma Canadian degree : actual Canadian
Points claimed extra for Canadian degree: 15 (for one or two year diploma)
I don't loose any points if I answer no.

I think I should just decline and wait for new draw since its so messed up and I don't want to take chance for misinterpretation and get banned or rejection.

HI Amdavadi,

Did you decline the ITA ? Do we have to create a new profile ? What are the steps after declining the ITA ?

Thanks

Yes You can decline your invitation without any hesitation, if you think you will get another invitation shortly. They will not hold it against you.
You just decline your invitation and you will be automatically in the pool, you do not have to take any further steps to get into pool. But you need to make changes(corrections) about your education in the express entry profile afterwards.

Thanks. I got FBI PCC in March. After Declining, If I get ITA in next rounds, will this FBI PCC still acceptable ? or Do I have to get the new one ?

As long as you have not returned to the USA since you obtained the FBI cert, then it is still valid.
