Hi, it's my first time in these forums. Hope finding someone can clearly answer my question.
I have 3 years pgwp (open WP) and I got nominated to bc pnp (semi-skilled). I just applied federal PR and I wonder if I can change my employer. I can't be stuck in this organization for more than a year. Should I let CIC or PNP know? Should I change my job with the same NOC code? Thank you a lot.

It’s best to stay with the same company until your PR is processed. Better to be safe than sorry. If you can find a position with the same NOC you may change employers as long as your work permit is an open work permit.
