While filling out my PR application, I wanted to clarify an incident from a few years ago involving my girlfriend and me. We had a disagreement that led to her calling the police. I was briefly taken to the police station for questioning but was released after a few hours. I was never charged with any offense, and my police record remains completely clean. I did not have to post bail, nor was I charged and there was no further legal action. Given this, I'm honestly not sure if I was arrested or not?
