Dear Friends,
Have any of the September 2011 applicants, who submitted their PR application without a WORK REFERENCE letter but with adequate supporting documentation received their PR ? Kindly let me know if you have received your PR or if CIC has got back to you and asked you to provide your reference letter.
I believe the Ottawa Pilot was started only in September and the processing time is around 5-6 months.
I am a Sep2011 applicant. Received AOR without medical request in Nov 2011. No updates from CIC yet. Waiting....

Did you submit your application with a REFERENCE LETTER from the Employer ?

Caps ( EMPLOYMENT REFERENCE LETTER) . Nowadays CIC is rejecting PR applications submitted without a work reference letter. I have also submitted my application without a reference letter. Hence, I just want to know whether anybody has received their PR without submitting a reference letter but by providing adequate supporting documentation.
This information will give lot of hope to applicants like me ..
I submitted an employer reference letter under which I am claiming one year of Canadian work experience for CEC.

Well I thought it was necessary to complete 2 years to be eligible under the CEC category ...
I have applied under graduate stream not the worker stream hence I need two years of full time studies in Canada and one year of work experience in Canada.
