Have an LMO, job Offer and Medical Exam finished.. Please help me

hi, please help me.

I'm here in Canada, I have a job offer, a positive LMO and I already did my medical exams last May 14. I have the Upfront Medical Exam form with barcode with me. Can I exit to the US and apply for a work permit at the Montana border, or do I need to wait first for the medical results to reach the Immigration before going to the border?

And if so, how many days must I wait for the medical result to reach the immigration?

Please help me, i'm so confused right now, thank you so much.
