Have a work permit, applied to PR but got message as ineligible right away

Hi there,
I’ve applied PR once in 2016 and got 350 score while living in Turkey. 2 weeks ago, I’ve moved to Canada with an Intra Company Transfer Work Permit (Skill Type 0) and applied again. But this time I’ve got direct message as ineligible and not even got a score. Do you know what might be the problem?

There are a number of different reasons why you may be ineligible. Not enough FSW points (you must have at least 67 points under the FSW points system). No IELTS results or IELTS results in valid. Education not assessed. Insufficient funds. No one is going to be able to answer unless you provide full details of what you entered into the calculator. Recommend you provide full details and post in the Express Entry section of the forum.

My IELTs is valid until September 24th. My scores are S:8 R:7 L:7 W:6.5. I have work permit for 3 years (but I’m only working for 2 weeks). We are a family of 3, I’m 36 and my wife 34 (she has 6 point avg at IELTS) as well. I’ve claimed 50.000 CAD for funds. We’ve applied with the same results except I wasn’t working Canada 6 months ago and we had a score of 350. Now I’m ineligible. Is it because I haven’t worked 1 year with my current work permit?
Can you give some info about FSW points?
