have a question on where to send my application to for sponsoring my wife

ok my wife works in alberta and shes on a work visa that only lets her work for one place and she has to live their, so the place that does her work permit is in vegrevill alberta so should i mail it their or mail it to missisauga and then write down on the form what visa office i would like to send it to for example CIC manila?

if u are applying inland - send to Alberta, if u are applying outland - send to Mississauga. They know themselves where to send the application further.
