Have 1 year experience at one company, moving to new company. Will it be an issue when apply for PR with CEC?

I have lil over one year experience as a full time employee. I am thinking to move to other company (have multiple offers in IT industry), I will submit my application once I move to new job. For now, I have opened EE profile and filling application. There is an option says "have you been working at this company for one year?". Will this be an issue if I did not work one year but have already 1yr+ experience?

It shouldn't be an issue as you already have 1yr+ experience with your previous company. To support your application, you can submit Notice of Assessment from CRA for your previous job, you would need reference letter from your employer that should mention your total hours, salary (bonus if applicable), job duties/responsibilities, you can also provide job offer letter etc.
