Has xxx had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder? POST-ITA question

Hello experts!

My spouse previously had a medical exam for the work permit and in the report, it said that there is evidence of TB present. However, she got the visa without any issues and later came to Canada and completed a short treatment from Canada(just medicines provided by the doctor).

Now i am filling out the PR application, what should i answer for this question "Has xxx had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?" Should i say YES or NO
