My Wife applied for Quebec FSW as primary applicant and me as the secondary applicant in 2013. We got CSQ in 2014. But we didn't proceed it further. Now I am applying for EE FSW as primary and my wife as secondary. Now during application, I have come across the question Has [my name] applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

Should my answer be Yes or NO?

Hi there

I am in a situation. My dad applied for a program in 2009, some investors scheme that was later terminated in 2014. So all the applications in waiting/que were noot processed any further and the application fee was returned. I was dependent on that application, 17 years old.

Now that I (Primary Applicant) want to apply for express entry with my wife, Im confused if I should answer YES or NO to the question: Has Applicant name applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?

Could you please suggest me what shall i answer with?
