but we passed our degree 2years ago & our university transcripts are not in a university sealed envelope.

if we submit our current transcripts which is not in a university sealed envelope, will that contribute in us not getting Visa?

Yes/No. It all depends on the IO and also if you have a valid reason. Having said that, I passed 20 years ago and was still able to get my Transcripts in a sealed envelope, so I see no reason why you are not able to get yours.
