Has anyone withdrawn an application from Buffalo visa office or knows anyone who has? If so, could you please share how long the process took until you received a refund of fees paid?
My situation is this: After receiving approval from Nova Scotia CIO, I submitted full application to Buffalo in June 2009. Now I am seeing that people from my country of origin who file their PR applications in our local office are getting their medical requests only after a month or two from time they submit their full application.
Like everybody else who are waiting, I am exploring the possibilities where my wait could be alleviated.
