I just realized that I have chosen a wrong degree type for my bachelor degree
however the payment has been made.
I tried their numbers but it seems that their call centre has closed
I tried the "write us" function but just get automatic replying.
Has anyone been in my shoes and get reply from WES canada?
I wonder how long will they response

Hi!
In my case I followed the procedure mentioned on the site and sent my query. I did get a reply after few days. But I agree that the site is not user friendly. I wished to upgrade my evaluation type but have not been able to do so as yet. I plan to fax them or write to them again.
