Has anyone submitted WES ECA vis NSDC?

NSDC is a 3rd party verification process which is linked up with WES. They charge you around 3000 to 4000 rs for the verification and request you to share few documents to start the assessment.

The transcript processing cum verification is done by NSDC which is a safest and Quickest option for applying transcripts.

Note : Based upon the universities this option is provided.

Ive been in Canada since 2009. Despite trying to send and upload all info from Univ of Delhi, which as per W.E.S. is verifiable by NSDC I am stuck and waiting for 2 months ( Since June 18, 2024) Today is Aug 20, 2024.

They are rather showing that my Grade 12 is stuck ( Weird?) and are asking for that when I am only seeking University of Delhi Marksheet to be verified. It shows Delhi University Verified. ( I had paid $59.23) as fee for NSDC in addition to below amount to W.E.S.

Total Charges (CAD):

$324.31

Usually the evaluation is for highest degree achieved till date but if required WES can request lower ones as well, mention in between lines on WES website.
Everywhere these days is terrible, because of mass layoffs season and short staff. Also it really depends upon international postal services as well, you never know if it has been sent from your Uni or not. Hope you have consulted your Uni to follow-up.

Hi, I have to apply for the Wes IRCC Evaluation via NSDC, I have a few doubts and it would be great if you could assist me with it.

1. Once I create an account on WES and pay and get the reference number, I have to sign-up on the NSDC platform and upload all the documents on it. Post that the NSDC will share the documents to WES right? or do I still have to go to my University and send it though them? and if no is sending documents through NSDC online a better option or through post by university?

2. Also, do they require statement of grades or transcripts as semester wise reports? Because I have attested statement of grades for each semester, signed by the controller of examinations, is it all required along with degrees?

3. Is scanned copy of all original documents supposed to be uploaded as pdf?

It would be great if you could help me out with the queries.

I have uploaded docs through NSDC. Could anyone reply with how long it will take to complete the process?

It will take a week or two for NSDC to verify your documents. Status on my WES is still showing on hold for now, will update you if anything moves ahead.

Hi, NSDC route is the most convenient route. I got my degree verified within 3 weeks.

Just upload all documents on NSDC and do the payment, NSDC will then do everything on your behalf. You don’t need to contact your university.
