I am in a situation where I submitted my application (on December 29), and then a few days later realized that I made a mistake in the uploaded documents. So I submitted the correct documents via the CSE webform (on January 5). Now I am hoping that the correct documents will get accepted and attached to my application.
You shouldn't worry, if you uploaded the documents and entered the right application information when raising a CSE it should be alright.
