Has anyone here gone through an admissibility hearing?

Actually sounds like based on his situation he can’t be deported for fear that he will be punished by his government but at the same time the government doesn’t want to approve him. There have been other situations where the Canadian government decides to wait and hope that the person gets fed up with being in limbo and leaves.
