I got overall 6 band in IELTS my speaking score is 6.5 , listening score is 6 , writting score is 5.5 ,and reading score is 5.5 . Can i get admission in college or university?

Depends on the schools, you need to check their requirements. Your scores are low and if your study permit is refused that may be a reason.
