A close relative applied a couple of years back for mpnp and got refused because his supporter moved out of the province before nomination.
He wants to apply again after getting another nomination but doesn't have the refusal letter and file number again.
1,Should he write an LOE to that effect?
2,What should be the content of the LOE please?
