I am wondering if IQAS assess the C-DAC Post Graduate Diploma and whether I can use it to get points in "Two or more degree certificate clause" ?

I know for sure, WES doesn't recognize C-DAC. But I am wondering if IQAS does and I can use these points.
Has anyone done this?
