Is it recommended to get Police Clearance of India from BLS. I know CGI Toronto can generate the report in 1 day time. But, I am in Ottawa and I am wondering if anyone recently got their Police Clearance from BLS.

A lot of people say that BLS takes a lot of time, but people also say that they take time if your last address was different from your passport address. Does anyone know?
