Hi.

Part of the questions on the form Additional Family Information is about brothers and sisters including step- and half-siblings.

What if you only know you have half siblings but don't really know their names, let alone where they live?

Just provide whatever information you have and attach a short note explaining the situation. The most important thing is that you include them...no matter how little information you have about them!
