I received an email three weeks ago from CIC stating that the photos for my wife and two kids were inadequate.
So we had new ones taken and sent them in.

We have had no acknowledgement that they have been received.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had to do this, if we should be receiving an email and how long it took to get the PR cards?
