Just landed few days ago in toronto and waiting for my PR card while my spouse is in US working
1)How can i apply for H4 visa?
2) What requirements do i need? How would I get H4 while in Canada? (I would like to apply in Canada - US Consulate Toronto)
3) How long is the processing time?
4) Can I get H4 visa at border?
It's nothing to do with canada .... Google h4 requirements and ask your spouse to send you the package(marriage certificate, resume, job letter, i797 etc).. book an appointment at US consulate and have your interview. . Like we normally do for other types of visas....you can't get visa at border

Can you help me with the following situation-
I have lived in US for 6 years on F1 until March 2020. Later moved to Canada on PR and currently work for Canadian company. My husband is on h1 and lives in Detroit. I plan to rent a place in Windsor and continue working for my existing company and commute daily to Detroit end of the day on h4.
It would be great if someone can help me with the below questions -
Do I have to pay taxes to both the countries?
Do you see any challenge crossing the border daily on H4?
What's preferred to commute the tunnel or nexus card?
Are there any other challenges in doing so?
