Hi all,
My company has offered me a contract in USA and they will be applying the H1B1 (special visa for Singapore and Chile) visa for me in USA.
However i would like to stay in Canada and most of the work are in USA. So they will also apply a L1 visa for me in Canada once i get my USA visa.
They are still in the midst of opening a office in Canada.
I would like to know if this is possible at all?
