Me and my wife need to get H1B renewal stamp. We are both Canadian PR holders and are eligible for mailing in our documents to the US consulate in Canada to get our visa stamped.

Does anyone have idea if we can mail our passports/documents to the consulate from the US or do we need to be present in Canada?
