Hi, I live in Seattle, I recently got my PR approved. I dont have my current employer H1b stamping. My last stamping was in 2015 and that too with my ex employer. I don't have stamping with my current employer. I have valid I797. Can I avail AVR?

As long as you have valid I797 and I94 you can use AVR, there is no limit on how many times you can use AVR. Keep in mind honoring AVR can be at the discretion of CBP officer.
