I would like to get advice. My parents are here since 2018. I was getting the extension from 2018. I would like to apply under H & C. My dad is 57 and mom is 53. They don't have any health issues. I am the only one for them. I don't have any siblings. They are taking care of my kids. Can you please let me know if they will approval under H & C or not. Thanks.

No one here can tell you that for certain. Suggest you spend some time reading through the posts in the refugee / asylum section of the forum.

Becareful about "taking care of your kids". That can be considered working.
