H & C in canada application

I brought my father ( a widower) in 2016 on a Visitor Visa. He was a;;owed to stay in Canada for 6 months. I then got the visitor permit extended and he was granted 12 month stay with re entry not authorised clause. In the mean time i applied for his Immigration under the H & C category. He is 92 years old and in sound health. He has no place to go but stay with me in Canada. He get pension of $ 1900 per month. How long will the process take?
