I applied JR back in 2020, that got approved, federal court grants my application and send my file back to the H&C department for reconsideration with different officer.
And then you will receive a letter from H&C department, where they will give you a month time to update your file before the dead line given.
You see. My luck is, at the moment no lawyer is available to do my job. How lucky i am. Never mind i will do it by my self with the help of our creator.

You should have send it a month or 2 months ago, you don't want to run out of status , before they start processing your WP. It's always advisable to send it 2 months before your current Wp expires.

@SweetQueen did you have a lawyer? I ask because I want to know if when it gets to the final stage the officer will contact you directly and not the lawyer.
I have a lawyer. At this stage the email received today was sent to me and my lawyer. They say applicant have to take care of the potal request themselves
