When you sent your case the person who is Scanning your case he’s reading your file if he/she thinks your file is med then it will transfer to right officers or senior officer
If he thinks your factors are not strong enough
Then it goes in process very fast the outcome is not good

I don’t know why it takes so long for you guys I seen a lot of members after decision made
1 to 5 business days they received their copr
You need to call the customer service why they hold your copr what the reason
When you call ask for your application status!
then they will tell you everything

I just finished my call with Service Canada ( only 5 min wait lol ) . All is completed, just wait a few days more. You’ll get your COPR very soon were the words
