H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

I think the last time was 2017. My mother is alone in Canada and me and my sister have our own life in our home country. This is the second H&C application based on JR decision.

What was the JR decision?

Hi guys just wanna ask something! If you approved for PR through H&C are you allowed to go back to origin country? Because refugee couldn’t right? Is it the same as H&C ?

Yes, but if you had an approved PRRA, with your H&c, you can't go back until citizenship

What about those who got their pr through refugee claimants health-care pathway can they go directly to their country? For example I got a negative decision from my refugee claim ,plus appeal and Judicial. I was lucky to be a health-care worker and got my pr last year through pathway as a failed refugee claimants. I'm I at risk if I go straight to my home country?

Of course yes, you are PR because you was approved under a public policy program ( health care worker stream in your case ) and not because you are a protected person.
I advice you of course to verify with a lawyer or IRCC before travelling but i'm sure that you will not have problems

Hi everyone, applied in Aug 2020, in process Feb 2021, Aip Aug 2021, medical received. Nothing after that.
Any 2020 applicants?

dont worry I know someone got Aip since July 1
He sent all the documents end of July still waiting because his background in process
When your background is completed you ecas will change to decision made

yes you are
Because H&c it’s not a refugee or PRRA application

yes you can go to your country because you accept under Humanitarian n compassion ground

You are not a refugee or any asylum
Your H&c was under health care
