JR takes from 6 to 24 months

it’s all depends I seen members got answers 5 to 15 months answers
You will get answer this year but idk when
Could be March or could be December
It’s waiting game when came to immigration it’s waiting game

They are not because you’re jr in a federal court and your H&c different department
In process means for you is they assign an officer for your h&c case but the officer gonna put it in a hold on h$c whenever your decision come out from JR then they will submit their decision H&c too after jr
If your JR is positive most likely your H&c gonna be positive too

If your JR is negative still it’s Highly chances you’re H&c come positive

all you can do is pray and be positive
