Well ,every experience matters when it comes to immigration, you can't make them believe that H&C is like a walk in the park. Few things has changed , but not all. Your statistics on approval rate is not that much, but its has improved from the all time low that it use to be. Every case is different and it has a lot to with the supporting documents you have to prove your case ,and also the officer's discretion. There still people that are not in this forum that are still 2018/2019 that still don't have AIP yet. Even the ones that wasn't so lucky to get deferral from Removal order.

With HC being so subjective, you never know which little detail will impress officers to give AIP or removal order deferral. Use every opportunity to learn, including the mistakes and struggles of others. Wishing our friends @tony4454@bella12@grahs1994 and everyone a successful repeat submission. Show them that a refusal letter does not break us down. It makes us stronger.

I got my decision made in a Saturday and I got the COPR on Thursday after and then ECOPR by the following Friday. So look out for an email by Wednesday/ Thursday. It’s very quick after this. The card seems to be the longest past but as far as I’m concerned, it’s the least of my worries

Yes the PR card is taking the longest for far. It has been 2 months now I still see the same status online "photo under review" The official processing time was 85 days last time I checked so I am hoping to hear something by mid-January.
