Guidance required about Visitor Visa Chances

Hi guys! Hope you're all doing well.

Can you kindly give me an idea of my visitor visa chances given my following circumstances:

1. I am a single 27y/o Male From Pakistan living with my family (Mom, 2 brothers, 1 sister)
2. I am applying to visit my brother and sister in law who are citizens (Brother works as an engineer in GM with good salary)
3. My mother has visited them twice
4. I have around 15k USD in savings
5. I earn around 1000 USD per month and save around $600 and have been working for around 3 years
6. I have a car in my name worth around 10k USD
7. My company has an offshore office in Halifax (no official invitation letter from this office though)
8. I have traveled to Turkey once and Dubai twice in the last 5 years
9. I have been rejected around 5 years ago for UK and Schengen Visas (for not having strong ties to home country since I was a student then)

You can try as long as you can show solid home ties, funds and justify purpose of visit

0% Chance, Don't apply unless you have visited US. UK. EU, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

You can try by arranging invitation letter from your brother, also shows the ties with your country & relevant financials with Co. letter mentioned about your position, salary, duration of employment, contract validity and annual leave for this trip. Overall, chances are less but it is better to try & best of luck. Regards

Biggest issues, you are single with no immediate family ties (spouse and children) and no travel history to the UK, US, NZ or AUS. You must state previous refusals. How long is your visit?

Short visit - that is good. You need strong home ties since you don’t have immediate family. So include job/employment letter with approved leave.

In my opinion due to lack of valuable travel history and your single status, So, there are comparatively less chances. This is my opinion but may be luck factor will be dominant for you. Regards

If I was married, would I have a greater chance applying with my wife or alone? And secondly, how easier is it getting a UK visa compared to Canada given my scenario? Maybe I should go for that first and then apply for Canada.

UK & Schengen Visa is comparatively easier than Canada and its better in terms of travel history if you will get. This will increase your chances of visa. Also, if you will get USA visa then it will increase your chances further. Finally, it depends on visa officer decision & your luck. Regards

If you are married, and your spouse stays behind then that is a tie. As for a UK visa, sure if you want. You also need to travel to the UK & show that you abide by UK immigration rules. That is travel history.

If you are married or have children, and they don’t apply for visitor visas then it shows a reason for you to return to your country. That is what “a tie” is.

Ohh so basically if I want to travel with my wife, I will get rejected. What a crazy world we live in.
