Guidance For Initiating Express Entry

Hi All,
I am new to this and i am planning to apply for Express Entry.
Please guide me from where should i start ?

I am preparing for IELTS and will be done with it till January end.

What else do i need to do along with that?
As, i am from India, i also need to go for ECA side by side which i am planning through WES.
Could you please guide me that how can i get my class 12 CBSE attested from the board itself?

Also, please let me know if something more needs to be done !

What is your Educational qualifications and how many years of work experience do have in a NOC 0, A or B category?

I did my B.Tech in 2011 in Computer Engineering.
I have around 3.5 years of experience in a Software MNC.

I am confused what my NOC is!

IELTS & ECA - Both are must for initiating express entry... ECA probably take more than than IELTS, because you have to run around univerisities to get your markesheet authenticated & sending it to WES for evaluation.
