I wanted to ask you about GST/HST credit. Does one has to return this credit back in the future? How it may affect future application for permanent residency?

Can you be more specific? What do you mean? I have GST/HST returns every year. It does not affect my status. CRA and CIC do not share information with each other to my knowledge

No, unless you received it when ineligible, or made a mistake declaring your income to CRA.

How it may affect future application for permanent residency?

It won't. Nothing to do with immigration.
