Hello
Just wondering where the documents for work permits are usually submitted if choosing the online option? I have heard some submit to their country VO or consulates where as some submit directly to IRCC online. Why difference exist (different programs or NOC?) and does it affect overall processing time? Would appreciate it if someone can shed some light on it...Thanks
