You can't predict the time these days because of backlog amd Express entry draws recently.

Actually I am wonder why I haven’t done my medical before my biometric. There is some other people who applied for G5 in here (Thailand) same as me but they’ve done their medical before biometric.

Yes there is upfront medical which can be done once you file an application.
