1) Its going to be almost 1 year for my mother in canada on super visa, I took insurance for a year when we were applying. Is it still mandatory as per law to take insurance for another year until she is here Or not needed? I understand medical reasons.
2) once two years are completed on super visa for her, can i again apply for super visa or not? I was reading that we can surely extend it from canada for some period though.
If can't re apply super visa, then she just need to go back to india for 15 days and can come back Canada for 6 months stay, as its mutiple 10 years visa and likewise? Am i thinking right or pls advise or correct.

Yes she needs to purchase supervisa insurance. You can try and apply for an extension. A supervisa is still a visitor visa and it is not meant to allow someone to move to Canada so after any extensions are denied your mother will be expected to spend some time out of Canada and reestablish some ties to India. She can try to reenter after 15 days but she may also not be granted the 2 years again if it appears that she is living in Canada.
