Greetings Guys,

Anyone ever had this experience ?

My mom is the holder of a Canadian visa ( her third) she would like to take the first grand child to Canada in 2015 my brother dont work nor the child mother. Can my mom apply for a visa for the child with a letter from my brother giving permission ?

My brother only person in family without a visa. Mom, my self and two other sibling have visa to US and Canada. Copies of family visa be of help to the 2 yrs child application ?
