Secondary education in express entry

hello everyone, please help me in filling correct information for secondary education in express entry.
1) do i need to combine +1 and +2 which is grade 11 and 12 as my academic period of 2 years under secondary education?
2) For grade 10, do we need to choose none or less than secondary?
